2. Ticket Purchase and Pricing
By purchasing a ticket to EPN Conference 2027, you enter into a binding agreement with Puls48 and accept these terms and conditions. All prices are in Danish kroner (DKK). Tickets are personal and linked to the named participant. We reserve the right to verify identity at the entrance.
Participants under 18. Tickets for people under 18 cannot be bought on their own. A ticket for someone under 18 must be purchased together with at least one ticket for an adult participant on the same order, and that adult is recorded as responsible for the minor during the event. The adult also accepts these terms and conditions on the minor's behalf, including section 6 on photography and video.
3. Payment
Payment can be made by card via Stripe or with MobilePay. Card details are entered directly with the payment provider and are not stored by us. The order is binding once payment is completed, and you will receive a confirmation by email.
4. Refunds and Cancellation of Registration
Tickets are fully refundable up to 30 days before the conference date upon written request to info@ep-network.net. Puls48 reserves the right to refuse or cancel a registration if the conference is fully booked, or if there is reasonable grounds to assess that the participant falls outside the target audience of the event — in both cases a full refund will be issued without further explanation. Puls48 is not liable for any travel or accommodation expenses in connection with a cancellation.
5. Cancellation or Changes to the Event
If Puls48 cancels the conference, all ticket holders will receive a full refund within 14 working days. Puls48 reserves the right to change the programme, speakers, workshops or venue. Significant changes will be communicated by email and on ep-network.net. Reasonable programme changes do not entitle ticket holders to a refund.
6. Photography, Video and Recording
The conference is photographed, and selected sessions are recorded on video. The purpose is to document the event and to tell people about it afterwards — on ep-network.net, in newsletters and on social media.
We do this on the basis of our legitimate interest in documenting and communicating about our own events (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)). We are therefore not asking for your consent, and taking part is not conditional on agreeing to be photographed.
You can object. Write to info@ep-network.net before the event, or tell us at the reception desk when you arrive. You will be given a visibly different lanyard so the photographer can see it without having to ask. We will then avoid using images in which you are recognisable, and will remove already published images at your request.
Images of larger gatherings — the hall seen from the stage, a full foyer — cannot always be avoided. We do not use such images to single out individuals.
Participants under 18. The adult who buys the ticket makes this choice on the minor's behalf and can object in the same way.
7. Code of Conduct
All participants are expected to behave respectfully towards fellow attendees, speakers, volunteers and staff. Harassment, discrimination, threatening behaviour or other disruptive conduct will result in immediate removal from the event without a refund. Puls48 is the final arbiter in such matters.
8. Limitation of Liability
Puls48 is not liable for personal injury or property damage arising in connection with participation in the conference, unless the damage is caused by gross negligence on the part of Puls48. Participants are responsible for their personal belongings.
9. Personal Data
Personal data collected in connection with ticket purchases is processed in accordance with GDPR and the Danish Data Protection Act. You can read more in our privacy policy at ep-network.net/en/privacy. Contact info@ep-network.net for questions about your personal data.
10. Governing Law and Disputes
These terms and conditions are governed by Danish law. Any disputes will be sought resolved amicably by contacting info@ep-network.net. If agreement cannot be reached, the matter will be settled by the ordinary courts of Denmark.
